Come to beautiful France and explore and paint with NY artist and teacher, Jeanne Salucci, known for her relaxing and friendly workshops. You will be good hands as this is her fifth workshop at Le Vieux Couvent.

Jeanne will show you how to see gorgeous France “through the eyes” of an artist while guiding you in the enjoyable technique of painting outdoors en Plein Air in watercolor.

CHRISTINE CLARK (Master Pastellist – Pastel Society of Australia Inc.,)

I have grown up with a passion for drawing and painting, with over 38 years of experience in
painting, tutoring, exhibiting, and selling my work.

Along my Art journey I have won over 40 awards, which has been both humbling and
exciting. including the status of Master Pastellist from the Pastel Society of Australia Inc., in
2007 and in 2012 the prestigious Pastellist of the Year award. I am now represented in
many private and corporate collections throughout Australia, New Zealand, England, and
Japan as well as in the collection of our Ex-Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, John
Anderson.
I am a professional artist and sought-after Tutor adept at helping students develop their own
individual style and I enjoy supporting and guiding each student to reach their creative
potential.
My passion for drawing and painting has inspired me to experiment and try out a variety of
mediums such as graphite, pastel, oil, watercolour, and charcoal. My favourite medium is
pastel, loving the immediacy and its soft luscious, stroke, texture, and vibrant colours. The
subjects I love to paint are figures, portraits, landscape/seascapes, flowers and animals.
Being an artist gives me joy every day.
I have also appeared on the TV show ‘Colour in Your Life, gaining more exposure in
Australia and across the Globe. In 2018 I was made Feature Artist at the Inaugural
Australian Pastel Expo in September and had my painting of ‘Sunshine – Kings Beach,
Caloundra’, also on the front cover of the Expo magazine, which is sent to Pastel Societies
all over the world.
